Cygnus Energy provides contactless solar installation from inquiry to complete installation including grid connection application.
- Once we receive inquiry, our consultant will contact you for more details via phone or email. If require, we do video conference as well.
- You will receive a solar quote / solar agreement in email or post which you need to sign and send back to us.
- We will contact you once your application approved from solar Victoria for installation via phone or email. Our installer will maintain 1.5m social distance and follow regulations in terms of covid safe plan.
- After installation, inspector will come to your property for check the system is safe to use and we will do the grid connection application via email.
- We accepts the deposit and final payment via Bank transfer / EFT.
